On November 14th, Maccaferri Balkans organized a dynamic training seminar in Tirana on “Hydraulic Works and Underwater Solutions”. The event gathered engineers, designers, university professors, and civil engineering authorities from Albania and Kosovo.

Gianluca Brocca, a leading expert from Maccaferri Italy, led the seminar alongside the Maccaferri Balkans team, who presented and addressed participants’ questions. The session began with a celebration of Maccaferri’s 130-year legacy, emphasizing the gabion’s evolution into a cornerstone solution in hydraulic and civil engineering projects.

Discussions explored Maccaferri’s full range of hydraulic solutions, followed by a focus on underwater innovations like RenoMac Plus and Cubimac, tailored to tackle complex underwater construction challenges.

The seminar was highly interactive, fostering collaboration through questions and shared experiences. Attendees praised the event for its technical insights and practical value.
