兰海高速广西南宁经钦州至防城港段改扩建工程(以下简称南钦防高速改扩建工程)8标段位于广西南部钦州和防城港市境内,路线大致呈南北走向展布,沿线地形地貌以剥蚀邱林地貌为主。沿线地形起伏较大,标高多在3-100m之间,相对高差10~80m。场地内覆盖层主要为第四系人工堆积层(Qme)、冲洪积层(Qal+pl),志留系上统防城群(S3fn),志留系下统连滩群(S1ln)地层组成。厚度分布不均,约1-5m。丘陵间冲沟、注地比较发育,多呈条带状分布,多开垦为水田或早地。该项目于2019年10月交工验收通车,2020年3月至2020年9月钦防地区普降大雨,引起南钦防改扩建高速公路原第8标段(K0+082. 435-K17+600)沿线多处边坡发生滑塌破坏,对高速路的行车安全造成了威胁。 根据现场调查结果,南钦防高速改扩建工程第8标段应进行加固治理设计水毁边坡共计6处,边坡破坏情况主要以表层土体冲刷流失、局部滑塌、坡体鼓包以及顶部开裂变形为主。
