水平排水可提高土体性能

当水存在于土体中时，其抗剪强度较低，采用水平排水可有效地固结土体，在土体中设置一个排水通道可排除水进而保证土体的长期性能。传统的排水方案常采用碎石或其它天然材料，但是无法保证其长期性能。 新型解决方案和材料。排水复合材料作为一种新型的解决方案在土体中可将水从一个地方排到另外一个地方。排水芯板或收集管外热粘一层或两层土工布可阻止土体颗粒或其它材料堵塞排水芯板通道。采用正确的设计方法选取适合的麦克排水垫可取代碎石或砂等排水材料。 水平排水系统也可广泛应用于人造草坪球场下，或透水路面层下（停车场，堆货场等）。MacDrain系统即使水平放置也具有一定的排水能力。

排水影响因素。选择合适的MacDrain作为水平或平面排水系统取决于以下因素： • 设计荷载 • 要求的平面通水量 • 所排液体的性质（水、渗滤液，或其它污染的液体） • 水力梯度 • 排水区域的尺寸 排水设计软件。我们采用自主研发的软件MacFlow可以帮助客户解决一些与水有关的问题，如加速土体的固结，减小沉降等。最优的解决方案不仅需要解决技术和经济问题，同时需要考虑施工速度和效能。
