Maccaferri is pleased to welcome Lorenzo Casalini, who has joined the Group as Head of Group Operations Excellence & Transformation, reinforcing our efforts to support our strategic growth.

In his new role, reporting directly to CEO Stefano Susani, Lorenzo will lead strategic transformation initiatives across Operations, driving operational excellence and working closely with business and functional leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, accelerate cross-functional execution, and support the delivery of the Group’s operational priorities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.

He brings more than ten years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where he advised leading industrial, energy and infrastructure companies through large-scale transformation programmes. His background spans operational excellence, industrial planning and operating model redesign, with a strong focus on execution and value creation.
