Maccaferri earns Great Place to Work® Certification in Italy, Albania, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Indonesia

Maccaferri has earned the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification in Italy, Albania, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Indonesia, reaffirming its commitment to creating an inclusive work environment focused on the well-being of its employees.

Great Place to Work® is the only certification based entirely on employee feedback, measuring their perception of the workplace in terms of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and cohesion. Employees were invited to participate in the Trust Index® survey to assess the company culture. The results revealed high levels of satisfaction and a strong sense of belonging, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to building an environment that supports the well-being and professional growth of its people, within an inclusive culture focused on creating shared value.

Stefano Susani, CEO of Maccaferri Group, commented: “We are very proud to have received such positive feedback from our employees and collaborators, our greatest resource for the company’s success. Maccaferri has always nurtured a corporate culture based on the quality of relationships, focusing on listening, sharing, and mutual trust. This recognition motivates us even further to strengthen our leadership in the industry and continue building a successful future for Maccaferri, together with our people.”

Maurizio Avagnale, Chief HR Officer of Maccaferri Group, added: “This award reflects our commitment to creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive work environment. We will continue to work passionately to maintain these high standards of excellence, promoting initiatives that enhance the talent and well-being of every individual.”
