Luca Rosetti recently competed in the renowned Rolex Middle Sea Race, one of the Mediterranean’s most historic and challenging regattas. This iconic 600-mile course begins in Malta, circling around Sicily and its beautiful surrounding islands – a breathtaking route known for its difficulty and dramatic seascapes.

Taking place during a season marked by volatile weather, this year’s race was no exception. Warm waters lingering from summer mixed with the first cool breezes of autumn, creating highly unpredictable conditions. Violent storms hit, testing both the fleet’s endurance and the crew’s resolve. Despite that, Luca and his team stayed focused and determined, pushing hard to reach their goal.

After an intense four-day race and a neck-and-neck battle with another crew, Luca emerged victorious by a narrow margin of just 20 minutes, thanks to a well-executed winning strategy.
