Challenge

湖南省娄底-新化高速公路第1合同段规划利用原沪昆高速娄底收费站至娄底市的连接线两端双向拓宽改造为高速公路。原连接线系混凝土路面并已使用10年，在只破碎路面混凝土结构而不改造其原始路基的基础上，再重新拓宽路基层并铺设改性沥青。由于新老路面结合部产生较大的弯拉应力和剪应力，导致路面产生反射裂缝，若雨水由裂缝深入到路基路面结构内部，会加剧整个路面结构的破坏，而对破损路基路面的修补，不仅会影响公路的正常运营和使用质量，还会增加工程总造价。同时该道路交通量大，重载车较多，路面承受的剪应力大，容易产生车辙等变形。那么抑制反射裂缝和抵抗车辙，保证路面结构的强度和稳定性是亟须解决的问题。

Solution

马克菲尔中国公司引进了目前欧美最新的类似情况解决技术后，推出了路面加筋网技术来解决此问题。该项技术将双绞合金属网结合加强钢筋布置在新旧道路结合部的基层与面层之间。一方面靠双绞合金属网的高抗拉强度增加加宽部分和旧路之间的结构联系，使两者具有足够的整体性；另一方面可以减少新旧路基的不均匀沉降，从而达到降低反射开裂发生的目的。在中面层和下面层之间设置路面钢丝网，提高了路面结构的抗剪应力和抗拉能力，从可以很好的起到预防车辙变形等病害。
