Challenge

天然气管道沿海岸线布置，一部分在海岸边的土坡上，一部分深埋在沙滩下面，每年 的台风季节，海浪对海岸边坡的侵蚀尤其明显，并逐渐威胁到了天然气管道的安全。现需支挡防护结构满足以下苛刻要求：是柔性结构以适应地基的不均匀沉降；有足够的强度以抵抗海浪的冲击；有良好的耐腐蚀性以抵抗海水的侵蚀；能够融入生态海岸线的自然景观；能够快速便捷地施工以满足工期的要求。

Solution

考虑到海岸的软基特点及未来开发海滩的商业价值，设计院最终放弃了传统的浆砌石 墙方案，转而采用马克菲尔公司提供的生态解决方案，使用格宾和雷诺护垫的柔性支挡防护结构。此柔性结构能适应软基础的不均匀沉降；网箱30%的空隙率能极大地消能以降低海浪对海岸线的冲击；钢丝镀高尔凡覆塑防腐处理能够满足海洋环境下100年以上的结构防腐寿命；结构的促於性为植被的生长提供了平台，使支挡防护结构能融入生态海岸线的自然景观；格宾和雷诺护垫可按设计意图在工厂制作成半成品，在施工现场组装定型，快速便捷的施工工艺可以满足工期的要求。
