地质勘察报告显示库房基础为深冲积软土； 基于场地标高的原因，原场地需整体填筑1~2m高度，以适应卸货平台要求； 库房内设计荷载3吨/㎡，3~5吨叉车动荷载作用； 地坪基础处理费用有限，无法桩基或结构地坪加固处理。 业主方对库房地坪基础回填及软弱基础所引发的工后沉降非常担心，希望采取合理措施减小工后沉降，避免地坪后期开裂。
