Challenge

永兴鹏琨环保有限公司是由在郴州市经开区石盖塘镇的郴州鹏琨再生资源有限公司和郴州万容金属加工有限公司两家整合为一家固体废物资源化利用公司，拟搬迁至永兴县柏林工业园。工业园位于212省道东侧约20米，交通便利。场地原始地貌属山丘，坡度在10～30°，场地地势北高南低，东高西低，地形高低起伏较大。 厂区存在大量的填方边坡，厂区西边场平高程为185，东边场平高程为195，各个场地直接采用道路进行衔接运输。高差较大，需采用挡墙进行支护。

Solution

在边坡单面需要支档时，挡土墙高度≥5m，采用加筋土支挡；挡土墙高度≤4m，采用重力式格宾支挡，挡墙顶部与道路边缘线之间浇筑混凝土。加筋格宾挡墙和格宾挡墙面墙坡比为1:0.2，坡脚及坡顶设置截水沟。 在厂区南侧进场道路由于内外场地都具有限制，需要采用双面支档。双面加筋格宾开挖后采用块石分层处理，底部采用30cm厚C30钢筋砼混凝土基础处理，筋材采用高强土工格栅及双绞合金属网，利用其高抗拉强度，提高边坡整体稳定性。
