Challenge

项目处于软基础区域，原厂房地坪板全部断裂、整体沉降严重，部分结构明显架空，是严重的地基不良地坪。主要问题包括： 地坪基础软弱，沉降剧烈，局部有1m左右沉陷。 原地坪250厚钢筋混凝土板呈“锅底状”断裂，无法继续使用； 厂房空间受限，大型机械无法进入施工，地基加固措施应用受限。 改造后的厂房地坪荷载较小，高成本地基加固措施性价比极差，无法得到业主认可； 鉴于原厂房地坪沉降问题严重，业主方希望采用经济可行的措施保障地坪结构的安全。

Solution

马克菲尔公司技术团队根据该改造项目的情况，综合分析了厂区地坪沉降、改造厂区用途、设计荷载情况，推荐基层与结构层复合软基处理方案； 地坪基础范围内，以Flexmesh软基垫材料加筋级配碎石层，形成“嵌固”效应后可增大层间荷载扩散角，减小地坪沉降量；
