Challenge

钢材工程生产车间一向以荷载大、冲击强、存在偶发动荷载的特点而著称。车间内地坪对抗重载、抗破损、耐疲劳的要求较高。传统双层配筋方案虽然可以保证地坪不发生大面积裂缝，但对局部面层破损、混凝土疲劳强度损失、使用周期短的问题一直无法解决。

Solution

我司技术部门根据钢材行业荷载特点，优先向首钢集团推荐了Wirand FF1纤维解决方案。设计采用20Kg/m³钢纤维对200板厚混凝土进行增强，同时采用纤维特有分散设备DOSO吹喷机进行施工，取得良好效果，得到了各单位一致好评。
