Challenge

由于该项目所在地段多为粉质粘土和强风化全风化泥岩，岩石极为破碎松散，无法满足浆砌石骨架护坡的需要，因此整个区段护坡部分多采用现浇混凝土骨架；但是现浇混凝土骨架存在以下问题： 1、造价较高（每平米造价约为140元）； 2、施工速度极度缓慢（每人每天不超过2平方米）； 3、由于施工工序较多，施工质量很难控制。

Solution

基于以上问题，由施工方提出变更需求，中国中铁第四勘察设计院核实情况后向马克菲尔中国公司进行咨询，经过多方面的经济、技术、环境对比，马克菲尔公司提出了高性能加筋生态基材覆绿解决方案。 为了验证该解决方案的可行性，在现场分别设置了填方工程和挖方工程两个试验段。并且要求在2016年春节前完成试验段的施工。
