Challenge

湖南省永州市在城市改造中，计划将原有连接该市冷水滩区和零陵区的零陵大道进行改造，由原有普通公路改造成城市一级快速公路。具体计划为破碎原有混凝土路面并加铺改性沥青。原公路系混凝土路面并已使用15年，在只破碎路面混凝土结构而不改造其原始路基的基础上，铺设改性沥青。由于原混凝土路面被破碎后，路面结构强度会降低，路面抵抗荷载的能力就会减弱，面层容易形成车辙。且面层结构内部的拉应力会由于基层的强度下降而提高，会导致裂缝的产生。在行车荷载反复作用和周期性变化环境温度的影响下，常常使得裂缝迅速向四周扩展，很大程度地缩短了罩面层的使用寿命。防止旧路加铺沥青面层后产生反射裂缝和车辙就成为了一个迫切需要解决的问题。

Solution

马克菲尔中国公司引进了目前欧美最新的类似情况解决技术后，推出了路面加筋网技术来解决此问题。该项技术将双绞合金属网结合加强钢筋布置在公路的沥青层与旧基层之间，由于双绞合金属网的高抗拉强度，良好的整体性及其与路面材料优良的嵌锁能力，使得加筋后的沥青路面具有很好的抗裂性能和抗车辙能力。从而达到有效利用原有公路基层，提高沥青路面的使用性能，延长使用寿命，降低养护维修费用。
