Challenge

由于贵州省内多山的独特地理特征，厂房范围内是挖山填筑后产生的空地，属半挖半填基础，填方区域最大填筑深度14m，填筑料为粒径不等土石方。地坪浇筑时距离填筑完成仅间隔1年时间。工程中高风险点包括： 厂房基础属于半挖半填条件，尽管采用了强夯处理，但基础必然出现沉降差异； 填方全部采用自然散填，填筑时间过短，厂房投入使用后填方区宜产生整体沉陷； 受库房标高限制，表层填筑有1m左右素填土，未经严格压实，基础软弱不均； 当地降雨频繁且厂房顶棚施工滞后，易造成基础泡水无法保障基础压实度；

Solution

垫层破损处挖除混凝土与碎石层，直接浇筑C15混凝土至垫层顶部。
