烟草机械厂区的地坪素有荷载大、密集度高、面积广、抗疲劳作用要求严格等特点，传统钢筋混凝土方案建设地坪易破损、工期长且使用周期短，因此常德烟草机械公司在旗下烟机厂高速卷接机组技术改造及3#联合厂房扩建工程中，果断采用新型技术方案进行地坪建造，取得了良好的应用效果。

Solution

该方案主要针对烟机厂地坪的特点，本着安全、可靠、快速、经济的原则，结合工程实际情况采用FF3型号钢纤维方案。FF3型纤维凭借合理的长度、直径设置，具有优良的长径比条件，有效解决了钢纤维施工中的各种问题。它既可采用商混站直接抛投，也可使用马克菲尔独有的DOSO吹喷机现场添加，多方式、高速率的纤维添加大幅提升了混凝土施工效率、简化了混凝土质量控制流程，极大节约地坪施工工期。
