Challenge

由于引滦明渠宜兴埠段新建水闸， 要求提高水闸上下游渠道的抗冲刷能力。原预制混凝土块结构经过10几年的使用， 已经出现破损迹象（ 主要是由于冻胀、冲刷造成）。因此需要寻求一种对于北方寒冷气候适应性强且抗冲刷能力显著的方案。

Solution

根据北方严酷的气候条件， 马克菲尔推荐采用雷诺护垫进行护坡。由于业主对该段的资金投入有限， 因此不在全断面铺设雷诺护垫， 而是采用17 cm厚雷诺护垫护坡+渠底衬砌的方案。（ 中肋之下维持原预制混凝土块结构， 中肋之上用雷诺护垫代替原预制混凝土块。） 工程总结： 1、较高的抗冲刷性能： 雷诺护垫结构单元通过人工绞合连接在一起形成一个整体。相较预制混凝土块等其他结构型式具有更优的抗冲刷性能。 2、抗冻胀及冰推： 我国广大的东北、华北、西北及内蒙古地区深受季节性冻土冻胀危害。在此工程中， 渠道岸坡季节性冻土的大幅度不均匀隆胀， 使得原有预制混凝土块刚性衬砌形式不能适应岸坡的变形， 导致衬砌破坏。而雷诺护垫结构型式作为一种整体性能很好的柔性结构， 能很好的适应岸坡土体的不均匀冻胀变形以及冰推作用， 体现了其对工程场地的优越的适应性。
