本项目位于空港保税区内，属单层定制化库房，库内采用恒温控制措施，主要存储进口药品及需冷藏药品保管，单库房建筑面积约为 7000 ㎡。 项目特点 仓库所在的区域原状地质条件较好，但库房区域需回填1-2米深度的土层，建设方希望地面可满足恒温要求的情况下，使用过程中不产生开裂现象。 1. 地坪荷载要求 1.5 吨/㎡，设计荷载较小 2. 地层基础层由5厘米厚度C20素混凝土浇筑而成，但在混凝土表面铺设2mm厚度自粘式防水卷材 3. 库内要求恒温在 14℃~18℃，需保持干燥且地面无尘

Solution

经过技术团队分析，我们推荐了12厘米厚度C30混凝土浇筑地面，混凝土内掺入 Wirand FF3 钢纤维，掺量为20kg/m³。 项目竣工交付后 1 年我们进行了回访，地面实际使用效果良好，建设方对钢纤维混凝土地坪设计方案非常满意。
