武汉易商物流园项目总投资约6亿元，一期占地250亩，总建筑面积约10万平方米。项目经营主要包括投资兴办电子商务营运中心和物流中心项目，经营物流及办公设施开发、运营和管理服务。建成后将引进一号店、新蛋网、H&M等多家知名国内外电子商务企业。

Solution

作为新兴电子商务运营商，上海易商电子商务运营中心对该物流园建设非常重视，着力发挥高效、质优、快速的特点建设园区厂房。 钢纤维增强混凝土地坪凭借完美的裂缝控制、抗冲击耐疲劳性能进入了业主的视野；在了解了纤维混凝土施工现场施工与质控流程后确定了采用钢纤维混凝土建造物流仓储地面的方案。 方案最终采用Wirand FF3钢纤维增强设计，施工掺量为每立方米15Kg，地坪混凝土厚度200mm，充分兼顾了地坪荷载与工程总体造价控制匹配能力。目前该项目一期工程均已投入使用，运行状况良好。
