Challenge

长城汽车工业园厂总占地面积1000亩，建成后将作为年产20万辆轿车生产基地，主要生产1.0升至2.0升中小排量的轿车和MPV系列新产品，力求打造节能环保安全、超低排放、小排量、新能源、新动力的先进产品。 至2012年底，项目二期主体结构工程已陆续完成，接下来的厂区地坪建设中，业主方遭遇工期与造价两难的问题。由于项目二期地坪总建设面积约20万平方米，规模巨大且重载地坪占有面积比例高，若采用传统钢筋混凝土地坪建设，存在施工工期长、人员数量多、现场控制困难、总体造价 较高的问题，最终影响二期厂房的投产周期。

Solution

为有效解决工程实际困难，马克菲尔中国公司为客户量身定制了解决方案。根据厂区地坪基础处理情况、上部荷载分布、行车类型以及地坪各种用途等参数，推荐采用Wirand® FF3钢纤维混凝土地坪解决方案，使用独有DOSO2.0钢纤维圆形添加设备，在商混搅拌站进行添加以提高施工效率，有效压缩工期；另一方面通过采用钢纤维混凝土地坪工艺，使得同厚度情况下地坪材料费用减少约10%，有效降低了地坪工程总体造价。该方案得到了业主方高度评价并成功实施，获得了满意的使用效果。
