Challenge

我们在与设计单位机械部第六设计院设计 师沟通后得知，项目设计荷载为8吨/㎡，结构 混凝土板厚250mm，但项目为涉密考虑，需要考 虑设备冲击荷载及未来变更用途

Solution

基于设计师的担忧，我们推荐了Wirand FF3型钢纤维的方案，经计算后才有20Kg/m³的 掺量可以抵御上部荷载并预留有升级到10吨/㎡ 的空间。业主与设计单位在综合考虑造价与未 来风险之后决定才有我司方案正式施工。
