Challenge

吉茶高速是国家高速公路重点规划的8条西部公路大通道之一——长沙至重庆公路通道中的一段，在矮寨互通过道改线段对山体进行了开挖，两侧开挖坡面由页岩构成，凹凸不平，坡角约70°～80°，高度约15～20m，从开挖面的裸露基岩可以看到，纵横交错的裂隙将岩体切割成大小不一的块体，再加上开挖爆破的影响，坡面危石或潜在落石随处可见，原设计方案采用的是主动落石防护系统，但造价过高，考虑到主要是防止边坡表面破碎小石块的滑落，业主经过经济、技术比较后，最后选择了马克菲尔公司的SDS1型简单挂网系统，产品单价仅为原方案的1/3，既节约了工程投资，又降低了施工难度，缩短了工期。

Solution

解决方案 本工程根据边坡地质及落石情况采用SDS1型简单挂网系统，该系统主要构成为镀高尔凡双绞合六边形高强网面，通过在坡顶和坡底锚固后将防护区域围护起来，从而使得崩落的小块石在网片内侧沿着岩坡滑落到坡脚，集中清理。 工程总结 我司所设计的SDS1型简单挂网系统产品单价仅为原方案的1/3，为业主节约了工程投资，且SDS1简单挂网系统只需在坡顶和坡底进行锚固，更大大降低了施工难度，使施工更为便捷、效率更高，充分体现了柔性防护系统地形适应性强、施工便捷的特点。
