Maccaferri Workshop in Vientiane Laos

Maccaferri and WinSteel Trade Co., the local distributor of Maccaferri in Laos, is sponsoring a half-day workshop to present Maccaferri’s innovative solutions for geotechnical and environmental engineering. The workshop is aimed at concerned personnel and engineers from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and private firms.

The workshop will take place at the Meeting room in Vientiane Plaza, Vientiane Lao PDR on June 21st, 2023.

During the workshop, two presentations will be delivered: “Tested Solution for Long-Lasting, Nature Inclusive Geotechnical And Hydraulic Works (Polimac)” and “Sustainable Retaining Wall Projects Around the Globe: the TerraMesh Family.” The first presentation will discuss Maccaferri’s long-lasting and nature-inclusive polymer coating for civil engineering works, along with extensive tests on its mechanical, chemical, and environmental performance. The second presentation will showcase the TerraMesh family, a renowned series of modular, adaptable, and eco-conscious solutions that have been utilized in numerous MSE wall projects worldwide, including some of the world’s tallest reinforced soil structures. Additionally, Maccaferri will share insights from successful ventures and lessons learned from projects across the globe.
