Panel HEA Maccaferri (High Energy Absorption - Penyerapan Energi Tinggi) adalah produk paling kaku dalam rangkaian mesh Sistem Mac.RO(TM), menawarkan kekuatan ekstrem pada regangan rendah. Kekakuan lebih penting daripada kekuatan tarik mesh karena mempengaruhi defleksi sistem di bawah beban. Panel dianyam dari satu tali kawat baja berkekuatan tensil tinggi yang menerus, disambung di setiap titik persimpangan dengan koneksi 'simpul ganda' HEA yang dipatenkan.
Tidak seperti jaring tali spiral twist tunggal, konstruksi Panel HEA memberikan kinerja tegangan/regangan yang luar biasa dengan deformasi serendah mungkin. Panel HEA digunakan dalam aplikasi secured drapery di mana defleksi rendah dan sistem kekuatan tinggi diperlukan. Karena kinerja panel multi-aksial, beban dipindahkan secara efektif ke angkur pada permukaan lereng terlepas dari tata letak angkur.
Sambungan simpul yang dipatenkan dibuat dengan dua ikatan, masing-masing diperoleh dengan melingkarkan sepasang kawat baja 3,00 mm yang dilapisi dengan Galmac, paduan Zinc-Aluminium (5%). Kedua ikatan itu dengan erat membungkus tali yang saling bersilangan. Panel terbuat dari jerat persegi yang diproduksi dengan satu tali, diamankan dengan ferrule aluminium sesuai EN 13411-3.

CANTERA ZIORDIA
The Ziordia quarry has an orography formed by limestone rock, with steep slopes as a result of quarrying, and potentially unstable large blocks. The company CRS Ingeniería contacted Bianchini Ingeniero to analyse the situation and possible solutions, and subsequently the company Inaccés Geotècnica Vertical also intervened. One of the main risks was the blocks that could fall from a 40-metre-high, 15-metre-wide mochón, located on one of the quarry's usual passageways. This represented a potential risk for the installations and the workers themselves. Therefore, a series of actions were carried out to stabilise these blocks and protect the area.

PASSAGEM INFERIOR DA RODOVIA BR-101 EM ESCADA

A viaduct project was carried out on BR-101, in the municipality of Escada-PE, in the direction from Recife to Maceió, to create a turnaround point. During the construction of the project, the road's profile needed to be changed, raising its levels through the construction of embankments. However, the lateral projection of the embankment would intersect with the turnaround road if the slope was not made vertical with an appropriate retaining structure.

The Francisco Abellán reservoir is located near the town of Lopera, in the center of the province of Granada. It is fed mainly by the tributary of the river Fardes, which in turn is fed by the river Guadiana Menor and covers an area of 1847. 40 km2. The reservoir contains Miocene sedimentary materials such as sandstones, marlstones and calcarenites. In the extreme north-east, there is an alternation of these three materials and two problems: The first is in the upper sandstone bench due to the presence of unstable blocks, some of them of large size. The second problem is in the lower bank, where unstable blocks and roofs are also observed as a result of differential erosion. On the other hand, on the northwest slope (NW) there is access to the monitoring station which is unprotected against falling rocks.
