Συγκράτηση βράχων πριν την πρόσκρουση
Οι φράκτες ανάσχεσης βραχοπτώσεων της Maccaferri (ή οι φράκτες Catch) είναι σχεδιασμένοι για να συγκρατούν βράχους και βραχόλιθους που πέφτουν πριν καταλήξουν σε υποδομές, δρόμους ορυχείων ή άλλες υποδομές. Η ευρεία γκάμα των φρακτών μας κυμαίνεται από 35 kJ/H=1,35m έως 9000 kJ/H=8m. Οι φράκτες ανάσχεσης βραχοπτώσεων της Maccaferri Rockfall Barriers παραδίδονται σε μορφή σετ. Όλα τα στοιχεία του φράκτη παραδίδονται στο σετ σύμφωνα με EAD 340059-00-0106 ή EAD 340089-00-0106. Συμπεριλαμβάνονται πλέγματα, ορθοστάτες, βάσεις αγκύρωσης, συσκευές απόσβεσης ενέργειας, συρματόσχοινα και όλα τα εξαρτήματα.
Οι φράκτες ανάσχεσης βραχοπτώσεών μας, φέρουν σήμανση CE, εγγύηση για αυστηρό ποιοτικό έλεγχο. Τα αγκύρια για τη σύνδεση των φρακτών με το έδαφος παρέχονται κατόπιν παραγγελίας και σύμφωνα με συγκεκριμένη μελέτη λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις συνθήκες του εδάφους. Η τεχνογνωσία της Maccaferri οδηγεί στο σχεδιασμό και την επιτυχή δοκιμή οικονομικών λύσεων. Οι φράκτες μας είναι από τους καλύτερους στον χώρο όσον αφορά την απόδοση (υψηλό υπολειπόμενο ύψος μετά τη κρούση και χαμηλή παραμόρφωση κατά την κρούση).

CANTERA ZIORDIA
The Ziordia quarry has an orography formed by limestone rock, with steep slopes as a result of quarrying, and potentially unstable large blocks. The company CRS Ingeniería contacted Bianchini Ingeniero to analyse the situation and possible solutions, and subsequently the company Inaccés Geotècnica Vertical also intervened. One of the main risks was the blocks that could fall from a 40-metre-high, 15-metre-wide mochón, located on one of the quarry's usual passageways. This represented a potential risk for the installations and the workers themselves. Therefore, a series of actions were carried out to stabilise these blocks and protect the area.
