Challenge

As fortes chuvas no primeiro semestre de 2015 causaram danos em um talude localizado no município de Salvador, Bahia. Devido às erosões causadas no solo, algumas árvores tiveram suas raízes danificadas e caíram. Este processo comprometeu a estabilidade do talude colocando em risco as áreas próximas, fazendo-se necessário a implantação de soluções para a sua recomposição e vegetação.

Solution

O solo grampeado consiste em uma solução de estabilização global por meio de inserção de grampos. Com o objetivo de estabilizar a camada superficial de solo, é instalada a geomanta MacMat® R1, que garante que a vegetação se desenvolva e não seja removida durante fortes chuvas. Neste talude, foram instalados grampos entre 4 e 10m de profundidade e a geomanta MacMat® R1 em sua face.
