Challenge

A empresa Seven Empreendimentos Patrimoniais Ltda realizou investimentos relacionados à construção de um galpão industrial para posterior locação na cidade de Jundiaí, Estado de São Paulo. Para estruturação do piso pertinente ao galpão, fazia-se necessária uma solução de reforço para resistir as suas cargas de utilização.

Solution

A solução inicialmente analisada caracterizava-se pelo uso das macro fibras sintéticas, onde no projeto estimava-se uma dosagem de 5 quilos deste material para uma área de 13.000 m². Com a utilização das fibras metálicas, obteve-se um piso com característica de desempenho superior ao com macro fibra e custo final menor que a solução inicial projetada e espessura igual a 15 cm.
