Challenge

Para reforma e ampliação do galpão de uma forma rápida e eficaz, buscou-se a execução de uma laje que oferecesse toda a segurança requerida pelo cliente, como também, apresentasse boa durabilidade com baixo custo.

Solution

Dentre todas as alternativas estudadas, a ideal foi a execução de um deck metálico onde a armadura prevista para os efeitos de retração e temperatura da placa pudesse ser totalmente substituída pelo uso das fibras de aço tipo Wirand® FF1 a uma dosagem de 25kg/m³. A área total da laje, com 600 m², foi executada em apenas 1 dia.
