Challenge

Para melhor atender a demanda dos usuários do hospital, foi necessária a construção de um subsolo para estacionamento. Devido a isso, a obra apresentava incidência do lençol freático, causando afloramento em certas regiões da obra.

Solution

Para evitar qualquer tipo de patologia devido a infiltração de água, foi adotado sistema de drenagem completo, sendo: cortinas drenantes, trincheiras drenantes e colchão drenante com o sistema MacDrain®.
