Challenge

O córrego do capão, localizado em Igarapé, divide os bairros Chácara Campina Verde e Jequitibá. Sobre o mesmo, existia uma ponte de madeira em estado precário, com sua estrutura bem comprometida e com risco iminente de queda, pois as longarinas de madeira eram apoiadas diretamente no terreno natural, que já apresentava sinais de erosão. Para não colocar em risco o acesso entre os bairros, foi necessária a reconstrução da mesma, visando a viabilidade técnica e econômica.

Solution

Os técnicos da Prefeitura Municipal de Igarapé, optaram por uma ponte mista padrão DEOP/SETOP com longarinas em viga metálica e tabuleiro em lajes pré moldadas, com os apoios em gabião caixa e vigas travesseiro. No projeto original (DEOP), os apoios eram em concreto estrutural armado, porém por ser de mais fácil execução, a Prefeitura Municipal de Igarapé optou em executar os apoios em gabião tipo caixa.
