Vyztužený geomat pro stabilizaci svahů
MacMat HS je další generací vysoce účinných georohoží, které v sobě kombinují trojrozměrnou polymerní georohož vyztuženou systémem Steelgrid HR společnosti Maccaferri. Používá se pro náročné aplikace stabilizace čela svahů hřebíkováním, které vyžadují kombinaci ochrany proti erozi a povrchové stabilizace hřebíkama. Výztužné šestihranné ocelové pletivo má mechanické vlastnosti, které přesahují charakteristiky doporučené v EN 10223-3. Drát je silně pozinkován slitinou Zn-Al5% v souladu s 10244-2, třída A.
Geokompozit je dostupný také ve variantě s přídavnou polymerní antikorozní ochranou. Mechanický výkon produktu (pevnost v tahu, odolnost proti protlačení a deformace při zatížění) je stejný jako Maccaferri Steelgrid HR.

These processes caused fragmented rock material to detach and accumulate on the road, posing significant risks to traffic safety and vehicle integrity. Additionally, progressive surface erosion compromised the slope’s stability, increasing the likelihood of larger-scale failures. Given the ongoing hazard and public safety concerns, an urgent and durable remedial solution was required.
