Macmat R, ekstrüde üç boyutlu polimer liflerin, çift bükümlü çelik tel ağ donatıları üzerine kompozit olarak imal edilmesi ile elde edilen donatılı geomat malzemesidir. Macmat R, erozyon koruması ve yüzeysel stabilizasyonun bir kombinasyonunu gerektiren zorlu eğim yüzü stabilizasyon uygulamaları için kullanılır. Çelik tel ağ donatısı, %95Zn-%5AI alaşım kaplamaya sahiptir (TS EN 10223-3 ve TS EN 10244-2, A Sınıfı).

The Ash Yard of the Thermal Power Plant
The Punta Catalina thermoelectric power plant is the most important electricity generator in the Dominican Republic, as it produces 30% of the country's electricity. Its source of generation is coal, and as a byproduct of this process, residue known as ASH is produced. This ash is destined for confined cells due to its high content of heavy metals, preventing environmental damage to both the subsoil and the dispersal of volatile ashes in the air.

KARABUK - ESKIPAZAR ROAD PROJECT

Along the Karabuk - Eskipazar 4 Hd. Road between km: 6+470-6+720 (right) and km: 7+510-7+660 (right), which is under the responsibility of 15th Regional Directorate of Highways, medium and large scale rockfall were observed due to superficial alteration on the slopes consisting of weathered limestone-claystone-marl intercalations. The total area is approximately 20,000 m². Due to the sensitivity of clay and marl levels to water, material losses have been experienced due to the surface water flow on the slope. This has caused the carving of solid limestone layers to hang up. And these blocks were caused to fall in time. The falling materials have caused deformation of the stone Wall. It has fallen on the road by exceeding the Wall, and it has been seen that it effect road safety in the negative direction. In order to protect against these risks mentioned above, on-site inspection were carried out by our technical team, calculations and design were made on the data obtained from the inspection, and appropriate capacitive materials and surface slope protection applications were determined.

OBERSCHEFFLENZ
The slope along the railway between km 65. 881 and km 66. 019 in Osterburken in had to be secured against landslides and erosion. The rehabilitation area is located on the right-hand side of the railway directly before the entrance to the Schefflenzer tunnel. The construction area is classified as an approx. 17m deep cut. The area to be rehabilitated had a total length of approx. 110m with a slope inclination of 30°-35°. The sloping length of the embankment was approx. 24m long in the heighest point and 14m in the shortest part. As a result of heavy rainfall in early February 2022, a superficial landslide occurred in the area around km 65. 980. The area of the landslide extended was 9. 0m (parallel to the track) to approx. 5. 0m (fall line).
