Challenge

Devido a altas temperaturas recorrentes no centro oeste, a construtora optou por construir uma grande área verde sobre a laje do condomínio. Portanto, a drenagem foi requisito primordial para evitar problemas de infiltração e sobrecarga na estrutura.

Solution

O projeto original previa a utilização do sistema convencional, entretanto, o sistema de drenagem MacDrain® conseguiu sobressair nos quesitos técnicos e também econômico. Dessa forma, o sistema foi utilizado em toda a região de floreiras e telhado verde.
