The project is a new high-end commercial and residential development situated along the banks of the Marginal Pinheiros, which is one of the main thoroughfares in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo. To construct the structure, it was necessary to build a retaining wall due to the 4.80-meter difference in elevation between the natural ground level and the project’s level.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The client required a solution that met technical, architectural, and environmental requirements, incorporating a green face to transform the retaining structure into a landscaping solution. To fulfill these requirements, a Terramesh\u00ae Green with Polimac technology was designed and installed, covering an area of approximately 2,000.00 square meters.
