Officine Maccaferri S.p.A., announces the arrival of Paolo Ramadori as new Chief Executive Officer.
Zola Predosa (BO), March 1, 2018 – Officine Maccaferri SpA (Maccaferri-SECI SpA Industrial Group), announces the arrival of Paolo Ramadori as new Chief Executive Officer.
Graduated in Aerospace Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan and member of the World Association Minds Shaping (formed by excellent Alumni of PoliMI), Ramadori began his experience in Comau SpA, where between 1993 and 2005 he held several roles, including Head of Project Management BU Painting System USA and Head of BU Painting Systems China.
Between 2005 and 2011 he worked at Bombardier Transportation, becoming Global Vice President Project Management and Bids Locomotives.
He later joined the OC Oerlikon Group, where he held the offices of President & CEO of Oerlikon Graziano Group SpA, and of Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Strategy and Business Development and Global Head of Product Line Shifting Solutions at Oerlikon Drive Systems.
Then in 2017 he moved back to Bombardier Transportation as Global Head of Automated Product Engineers People Movers and Monorail Systems.

With a view of strengthening the organization in support of Officine Maccaferri’s development plan, Simone Romano also enters the company as General Manager, reporting directly to the new CEO. After having held various positions at Bain & Company Italy Inc., over the last 5 years, Romano has been HR Director in SECI Industrial Group Maccaferri.
