In these conditions, abrasion resistance is a key performance factor for gabions and Reno Mattresses: if the coating is worn away, the steel becomes exposed to corrosion, which can progressively weaken the structure and compromise its durability.<\/p>\n\n<p>For this reason, we believe that these combined conditions should not be considered separately in laboratory evaluations. We therefore developed a new sequential testing approach, combining wet abrasion and salt spray tests to better replicate what happens in real hydraulic environments.<\/p>\n\n<p>On March 26th, join our experts Gianluca and Stefano as they present the methodology behind this approach, share the results obtained, and explain why hydraulic protection can no longer rely on metallic coatings. In queste condizioni, la resistenza all\u2019abrasione \u00e8 un fattore chiave per gabbioni e materassi Reno: se il rivestimento della rete si consuma, l\u2019acciaio resta esposto alla corrosione, che pu\u00f2 progressivamente indebolire la struttura e comprometterne la durabilit\u00e0.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Per questo, abbiamo ritenuto che queste condizioni combinate non dovessero essere valutate separatamente in laboratorio. En estas condiciones, la resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n es un factor clave de desempe\u00f1o para gaviones y colchones Reno: si el recubrimiento se desgasta, el acero queda expuesto a la corrosi\u00f3n, lo que puede debilitar progresivamente la estructura y comprometer su durabilidad.<\/p>\n\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, consideramos que estas condiciones combinadas no deber\u00edan evaluarse por separado en laboratorio.
