    Sri Sendayan is a new township development located in the Rantau ward of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. An upgrade work on the main route along Bandar Enstek was needed and the local authority decided that Maccaferri Terramesh Wall System was to be installed as a retaining wall along the new road. This main road connects Bandar Sri Sendayan and Bandar Enstek of Negeri Sembilan.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Maccaferri had supplied a total of 3000 metre square area of material for this project and it took approximately 1 year to construct the retaining structure. The length of the wall is approximately 300 metres and the height is ranging from 6 to 10 metres tall. Rocks sizing from 6\u2019 x 9\u2019 inches were arranged accordingly into the Terramesh cages and supervision were being provided by Maccaferri team. Several other products of Maccaferri were being used in this project such as Macgrid and Mactex for reinforcement and filtration purposes. Excavation was much of a hassle as the site consists of hard boulders and big rocks. The initial length of the geogrid as a reinforcement was a concerned for the authority due to costing. Therefore, Maccaferri have redesigned and customized the design in order to suit the clients need for more savings.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>
