Weathering, natural erosion, and fractured rock masses caused detached rocks\u2014some falling from heights of 12 to 15 metres\u2014posing a serious hazard to the site\u2019s infrastructure and ongoing development.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><br>To address these risks, a robust slope stabilization system was implemented. The solution included the installation of rock bolts and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/my\/products\/macarmour-steelgrid\/\">Steelgrid<\/a> High Resistance (SGHR 30) mesh, designed using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/my\/maccaferri-software\/\">MacRO<\/a>, Maccaferri\u2019s proprietary rockfall protection software.
