    El complejo habitacional ha mantenido en todas sus obras toques arquitect\u00c3\u00b3nicos sin descuidar lo estructural, la fachada con cara de piedra muestra una visi\u00c3\u00b3n de la zona y su desarrollo, el reto en esta ocasi\u00c3\u00b3n era may\u00c3\u00basculo al saber que se tiene la necesidad de alcanzar un nivel de rasante con una altura de 14m con la finalidad de construir una rotonda con enfoque de mirador tur\u00c3\u00adstico. Anteriormente la empresa ya hab\u00c3\u00ada construido un muro de 5m pero este nuevo desaf\u00c3\u00ado dar\u00c3\u00a1 un gran prestigio y a la ves una gran responsabilidad en la elaboraci\u00c3\u00b3n de tan imponente obra con gaviones \u00c3\u00banica por su gran altura y su forma circular. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Con la informaci\u00c3\u00b3n topogr\u00c3\u00a1fica y mec\u00c3\u00a1nica de suelos proporcionada por el cliente, MACCAFERRI se encarg\u00c3\u00b3 de desarrollar la ingenier\u00c3\u00ada para la construcci\u00c3\u00b3n de un muro con gaviones de 14 metros con forma de rotonda, los an\u00c3\u00a1lisis de estabilidad arrojaron factores de seguridad apropiados para este tipo de obras. La experiencia del constructor-instalador-MACCAFERRI apoyando en el arranque de obra con una supervisi\u00c3\u00b3n para la correcta instalaci\u00c3\u00b3n de los gaviones, fueron elementos fundamentales que hicieron posible realizar este reto ingenieril. El due\u00c3\u00b1o del conjunto habitacional qued\u00c3\u00b3 satisfecho y por su parte el constructor logr\u00c3\u00b3 tener en su historial la primer estructura de este tipo cumpliendo con los retos geot\u00c3\u00a9cnicos, topogr\u00c3\u00a1ficos y arquitect\u00c3\u00b3nicos que demandaba el proyecto. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>
