El objetivo era crear&nbsp;la mejor soluci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>movilidad&nbsp;sostenible<\/strong>&nbsp;para sus ciudadanos.&nbsp;<strong>Maccaferri<\/strong>&nbsp;particip\u00f3 en el desarrollo del proyecto&nbsp;mediante&nbsp;experiencia t\u00e9cnica y un portafolio de&nbsp;<strong>soluciones innovadoras&nbsp;de ingenier\u00eda<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-por-que-era-necesaria-esta-infraestructura-para-una-movilidad-mas-sostenible\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 era necesaria esta infraestructura para&nbsp;una&nbsp;movilidad&nbsp;m\u00e1s sostenible?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan las \u00faltimas estimaciones del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/portal\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parlamento Europeo<\/a>, el transporte es responsable de una cuarta parte de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/european-union.europa.eu\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/a>, y esta proporci\u00f3n sigue en aumento. Por lo tanto, los&nbsp;<strong>servicios de transporte<\/strong>&nbsp;generan efectos negativos que los ciudadanos ya no pueden tolerar.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Este escenario recuerda que&nbsp;las ciudades, de todo el mundo,&nbsp;est\u00e1n&nbsp;cada vez m\u00e1s&nbsp;obligadas a&nbsp;valorar&nbsp;sus&nbsp;<strong>pol\u00edticas de transporte integrado<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>movilidad sostenible<\/strong>. La finalidad&nbsp;est\u00e1 orientada a&nbsp;resolver problemas como la congesti\u00f3n, los accidentes y las emisiones contaminantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-oosterweel-link\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el&nbsp;Oosterweel&nbsp;Link?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>A finales de la d\u00e9cada de 1990, el gobierno flamenco impuls\u00f3 una importante inversi\u00f3n para el desarrollo del&nbsp;<strong>Oosterweel&nbsp;Link<\/strong>. Cabe destacar que, esta es&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>conexi\u00f3n vial<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s grande de B\u00e9lgica,&nbsp;cuyo fin es&nbsp;mejorar el acceso a Amberes y a su puerto.&nbsp;Esta&nbsp;<strong>infraestructura<\/strong>&nbsp;consiste en&nbsp;una&nbsp;autopista de 15 km para&nbsp;<strong>completar el anillo vial<\/strong>&nbsp;R1 de Amberes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>anillo vial<\/strong>&nbsp;es una pieza clave de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/transport.ec.europa.eu\/transport-themes\/infrastructure-and-investment\/trans-european-transport-network-ten-t_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Red Central de Transporte Transeuropeo (TEN-T)<\/a>, una iniciativa de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea para crear y desarrollar una red europea de&nbsp;<strong>l\u00edneas ferroviarias<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>carreteras<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>rutas de navegaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>puertos<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>aeropuertos<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>terminales<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ferroviarias<\/strong>. Busca&nbsp;<strong>optimizar la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico local<\/strong>&nbsp;y de acceso a la ciudad.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Oosterweel&nbsp;Link<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1 basado en el proyecto \u201cDe&nbsp;Grote&nbsp;Verbinding\u201d (El Gran Enlace). El&nbsp;plan&nbsp;global&nbsp;consta de cinco subproyectos destinados a&nbsp;<strong>reducir la congesti\u00f3n local<\/strong>&nbsp;y de&nbsp;<strong>transporte de carga<\/strong>.&nbsp;La complejidad de esta&nbsp;<strong>infraestructura<\/strong>&nbsp;hace que&nbsp;su conclusi\u00f3n est\u00e9&nbsp;prevista,&nbsp;para&nbsp;entrar&nbsp;en funcionamiento,&nbsp;en 2030.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-infraestructura-vial-las-soluciones-de-maccaferri-usadas-en-esta-conexion\"><strong>Infraestructura vial: las soluciones de Maccaferri usadas en&nbsp;esta&nbsp;conexi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Maccaferri<\/strong>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con su socio local&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.texion.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Texion&nbsp;Geonkunststoffen<\/a>, la empresa de dise\u00f1o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcadis.com\/es-es\/projects\/europe\/belgium\/oosterweelverbinding-linkeroever\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arcadis<\/a>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadsbader.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">constructora&nbsp;Stadsbader<\/a>, contribuy\u00f3 al&nbsp;<strong>dise\u00f1o y la&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/mx\/news\/tipos-de-muros-de-contencion-sin-cimentacion-a-gravedad-y-mecanicamente-estabilizado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>construcci\u00f3n de los muros<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;de contenci\u00f3n de suelo reforzado<\/strong>&nbsp;(MSE). Su aplicaci\u00f3n&nbsp;es valiosa en&nbsp;<strong>infraestructura<\/strong>&nbsp;como&nbsp;<strong>corredores urbanos estrechos<\/strong>,&nbsp;donde tienen lugar&nbsp;<strong>muros de contenci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>terraplenes<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>viales<\/strong>. Asimismo,&nbsp;cre\u00f3 modelos 3D-BIM para algunas secciones complejas.&nbsp;De esta manera, Maccaferri se sum\u00f3 de forma contundente a esta&nbsp;serie de intervenciones sin\u00e9rgicas, mismas&nbsp;que han hecho de&nbsp;Amberes un&nbsp;actual&nbsp;ejemplo de c\u00f3mo los espacios urbanos pueden adaptarse a las necesidades de los ciudadanos y a los&nbsp;<strong>est\u00e1ndares de
