Sin embargo, su construcci\u00f3n representaba un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/mx\/news\/que-es-la-geotecnia-soluciones-para-la-ingenieria-civil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>reto&nbsp;geot\u00e9cnico<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;debido a las&nbsp;<strong>condiciones del terreno<\/strong>&nbsp;y al&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/mx\/news\/soluciones-para-el-nivel-freatico-como-se-puede-controlar-con-geosinteticos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>nivel fre\u00e1tico<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;encontrado a poca profundidad.&nbsp;Con este caso de \u00e9xito, pues, comprobar\u00e1s el rendimiento y eficacia de las&nbsp;<strong>geomallas para el refuerzo&nbsp;en&nbsp;suelo blando<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuales-retos-planteaba-la-construccion-de-este-complejo-vertical\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les retos planteaba la construcci\u00f3n de este complejo vertical?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>soluci\u00f3n de fundaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;inicial&nbsp;consist\u00eda en&nbsp;<strong>pilotes<\/strong>&nbsp;de 0.60 m de di\u00e1metro. Estos ser\u00edan colocados&nbsp;a una profundidad de 15 m&nbsp;y estar\u00edan&nbsp;acompa\u00f1ados por una&nbsp;<strong>platea<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>de fundaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de 3 m de peralte.&nbsp;Tales&nbsp;especificaciones, adem\u00e1s de costosas, dificultaban la viabilidad de&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y,&nbsp;pr\u00e1cticamente,&nbsp;pon\u00edan en riesgo&nbsp;la ejecuci\u00f3n misma de todo&nbsp;el&nbsp;proyecto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-propuesta-tecnica-con-refuerzo-de-suelo-blando-uso-de-geomallas\"><strong>Propuesta t\u00e9cnica con refuerzo de suelo blando: uso de geomallas\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Los especialistas de Maccaferri&nbsp;Rep\u00fablica Dominicana&nbsp;recomendaron una alternativa basada en el uso de&nbsp;las&nbsp;<strong>geomallas&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/mx\/productos\/geomallas-biaxiales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MacGrid<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00ae WG 12<\/strong>. Estas tendr\u00edan la funci\u00f3n concreta brindar&nbsp;<strong>refuerzo&nbsp;en el&nbsp;suelo blando<\/strong>&nbsp;sobre la que se edificar\u00eda el complejo vertical.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Gracias a esta propuesta, se logr\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>optimizar el dise\u00f1o de cimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Entre otros beneficios, la soluci\u00f3n redujo&nbsp;el&nbsp;<strong>peralte de la platea<\/strong>&nbsp;a 1.5 m y elimin\u00f3&nbsp;la necesidad de&nbsp;<strong>pilotes<\/strong>.&nbsp;Con ello, fue posible&nbsp;viabilizar la&nbsp;<strong>construcci\u00f3n de las torres<\/strong>,&nbsp;con menos costos&nbsp;y tiempos de ejecuci\u00f3n.
