The <a href=\"https:\/\/nhai.gov.in\/#\/\">National Highways Authority of India<\/a> (NHAI) adopted MacRes\u00ae System over a conventional vertical structure as it offers economy, flexibility, speed and aesthetics. Asia\u2019s heaviest steel truss of 115 meters in length on the expressway at chainage 20+215 was launched from the MacRes structure.<\/p>\n\n<p>The MacRes\u00ae System is a Reinforced soil (RS) wall system featuring T-shaped precast concrete facing panel, reinforced with ParaWeb\u00ae geostrips. It is mechanically connected to the concrete panels through a proprietary cavity connector. ParaWeb\u00ae is BIS, EPD, BBA, &amp; NTPEP certified and are manufactured in the world\u2019s largest manufacturing unit in Pune, Maharashtra. MacTex\u00ae geotextile were used for effective separation &amp; filtration. MacDrain\u00ae drainage geocomposite was used for drainage management, replacing gravel media between concrete panel and soil fill.<\/p>\n\n<p>To know more about this project write us at
