Lorsque l&#8217;abrasion use le rev\u00eatement protecteur, l&#8217;\u00e2me en acier galvanis\u00e9 est mise \u00e0 nu. Cela cr\u00e9e des conditions id\u00e9ales pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la corrosion, qui peut progressivement compromettre la r\u00e9sistance des fils et par cons\u00e9quent la stabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ensemble de la structure. C&#8217;est pourquoi les gabions et les matelas n\u00e9cessitent une protection capable de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 une abrasion intense et \u00e0 des processus corrosifs agressifs au fil du temps.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-mac-container-block box-container\"><div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\"><div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Recr\u00e9er des conditions hydrauliques r\u00e9elles en laboratoire<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-mac-container-block box-container\"><div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\"><div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><p>Afin d&#8217;\u00e9valuer avec pr\u00e9cision les performances de ses rev\u00eatements, Maccaferri a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un protocole combinant plusieurs essais pour aller au-del\u00e0 des essais exig\u00e9s dans la norme NF EN 10223-3 portant uniquement sur la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Test \u00e0 l\u2019abrasion en condition humide (ISO 22182)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Contrairement aux essais d&#8217;abrasion \u00e0 sec traditionnels, la m\u00e9thode d&#8217;abrasion en conditions, humides reproduit plus fid\u00e8lement les environnements hydrauliques r\u00e9els. Huit \u00e9chantillons de chaque mat\u00e9riau ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s dans un tambour rotatif rempli d&#8217;eau et de gravillons de basalte anguleux. L&#8217;abrasion a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par des pierres concass\u00e9es roulant sur les \u00e9chantillons au cours de deux phases d&#8217;abrasion, pour un total de 80 000 tours.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de chaque rev\u00eatement a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e en mesurant la perte de poids des \u00e9chantillons avant et apr\u00e8s l&#8217;essai, la perte de poids correspondant directement \u00e0 la perte de rev\u00eatement. Les r\u00e9sultats ont clairement montr\u00e9 que les grillages prot\u00e9g\u00e9s uniquement par des rev\u00eatements m\u00e9talliques ou en PVC subissaient une perte de rev\u00eatement significative, tandis que les rev\u00eatements PoliMac\u00ae et Bio PoliMac\u00ae pr\u00e9sentaient une perte de poids nettement inf\u00e9rieure, confirmant leur r\u00e9sistance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion.<\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maccaferri.com\/ae\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/3-abrasion-test.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87428\"\/><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div><div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-mac-container-block box-container\"><div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\"><div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Essai au brouillard salin apr\u00e8s abrasion (ISO 9227)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Afin d&#8217;\u00e9valuer <strong>la r\u00e9sistance r\u00e9siduelle \u00e0 la corrosion<\/strong>, les m\u00eames \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment soumis \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion humide ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un essai au brouillard salin.<\/p>\n\n<p>Chaque type de mat\u00e9riau a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de trois \u00e9chantillons, expos\u00e9s \u00e0<strong> 2 000 heures de brouillard salin<\/strong>, simulant des ann\u00e9es d&#8217;exposition dans des environnements agressifs. Conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de la norme NF EN 10223-3, les \u00e9chantillons de grillage ne devaient pas pr\u00e9senter plus de 5 % de rouille brun fonc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sans dommages dus \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion, tous les rev\u00eatements ont atteint 2 000 heures d&#8217;exposition au brouillard salin. Cependant, une fois le rev\u00eatement endommag\u00e9 par l&#8217;abrasion, les performances ont consid\u00e9rablement chang\u00e9. De plus, la norme NF EN 10223-3 pr\u00e9cise que les rev\u00eatements m\u00e9talliques seuls ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s aux environnements hydrauliques tr\u00e8s agressifs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats des essais confirment pleinement ces principes dans des conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es mais r\u00e9alistes.<\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Con\u00e7us pour des performances en conditions r\u00e9elles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur r\u00e9sistance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion, <strong>PoliMac\u00ae et Bio PoliMac\u00ae <\/strong>sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9sister aux conditions hydrauliques r\u00e9elles au fil du temps, offrant un niveau de durabilit\u00e9 que <strong>les rev\u00eatements en PVC seuls ne peuvent pas fournir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lorsque la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 et les performances sont
