    Aston Hotel Anyer located in Serang, Banten is directly adjacent to Marina Beach. Therefore, large waves are often troublesome since they frequently hit the beachside facilities and interfere with visitor activities. Thus, a breakwater is needed to create a comfortable and safe condition. A breakwater, which is an offshore parallel structure is purposed to \u201cbreak\u201d waves and reduce the wave energy reaching the beach. Maccaferri Indonesia proposed the use of Gabions for the breakwater structure. In this case, Gabion PoliMac\u00ae materials are used.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Breakwater is often constructed out of rocks or concrete, forming a wall or a submerged barrier parallel to the shore. Maccaferri Indonesia proposed the use Gabion structure as a breakwater in Aston Hotel Anyer seashore. The Double-Twisted Wire Mesh is coated in PoliMac\u00ae coating protects against wave impact, abrasion, and UV exposure.
